Job Description
Customer Care Specialist - French Speaker supporting CPI's International Customer Care Team to provide support to customer organisations and certified instructors. Requires written and verbal communication with French customers and worldwide English-speaking customers.
Requirements
- A native French speaker preferred
- At least A level standard education
- At least two years experience of working in a busy office environment and supporting customers with query resolution
- Experience of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and a diligent approach to the completion of tasks
- Solution focused
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work to deadlines and to be able to prioritise tasks and requirements
- Working knowledge of computerised CRM system preferably Microsoft Dynamics
