Job Description
We are seeking a French Speaking Coordinator to support the successful execution of contracts and contract logistics associated with training events. The role involves scheduling communications with attendees and commissioners, and being the pivotal link between Sales, Customer Care, Event management, training delivery & Finance.
Requirements
- Fluent in both written and spoken French language
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ Years Experience (preferable but not necessary)
- Expert in Excel
- PC Literate
- Working knowledge of computerised CRM system (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
- Confident on the phone
- Process driven
- Key eye for detail
- 5-GCSE Include English & Mathematics
- Diploma / Degree Business administration (preferred)
- Problem solving
- Customer Focus
- Conflict management

- Monday - Friday 8am-4pm, 8.30am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm
