We are looking for a customer service superstar to work as an Inbound and Outbound Call Center Agent. As an agent, you will be the friendly voice connecting with customers and managing interactions. You will work Eastern Time hours and deliver top-notch services that make a real difference.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service
- Adaptability and professionalism in interacting with customer personalities
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong multitasking, detail orientation, time management, and problem-solving skills
- One to three years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Experience in the home services industry (preferred)
