Job Description
Customer Service Representative responsible for providing support to truckers and fleet owners via multiple channels. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required. Hybrid work setup with on-site training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related disciplines
- Customer service experience (at least a year)
- Intermediate or expert-level skills in Excel
