Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager

The Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager will drive Unity's business forward by nurturing existing partnerships and evaluating new partnerships and opportunities. This role will be the bridge between strategy and execution, aligning our strategic objectives with Product and Engineering, ensuring seamless execution to drive new business incubation and Unity’s growth objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles at software or platform companies.
• Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities, or successfully incubating and scaling new business lines/products, within a large organization.
• Strong data and commercial acumen, with experience in financial modeling, developing business models, evaluating pricing strategies, or designing KPI's.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution with clear ownership and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
