• Successful completion of training or study with relevant professional experience in B2B sales (industry-independent)
• Experiences in personnel services (not a must-have)
• High affinity for customer acquisition (existing and new customers)
• Great fun in networking
• Confident appearance, articulateness and communication skills
• Secure German language skills in word and writing
