Patient Access Representative

As a Patient Access Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers, and supporting the care team behind the scenes. This role involves patient interaction, problem-solving, and administrative accuracy, with a focus on ensuring accurate registration, communication, and patient experience.

Requirements

• High School Equivalent / GED
• 1+ years Customer Service experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills
