Requirements
- Ph.D. in Geosciences, Hydrogeology, or a closely related field
- Two years of experience in hydrogeophysics that combines field-based geophysical observations, computational modeling, and AI-driven analysis.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in hydrogeophysics and related fields
- Develop and maintain an externally funded research program in hydrogeophysics
- Conduct research using geophysical imaging and modeling to explore coupled biological, chemical, and physical processes in the shallow subsurface
- Recruit and mentor both graduate and undergraduate students in cutting-edge research
- Support the department's mission to provide hands-on, interdisciplinary training
- Serve on departmental, college, and university committees
- Engage in professional service activities within the discipline
