Requirements
- Ability to use a cash register, credit card machine, point of sale machine, restaurant bar equipment, and other various kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Knowledge of Mixology, ABC laws, and health regulations.
- Ability to read and follow basic instructions, use a telephone, and hear and speak clearly.
- Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and alcohol awareness.
- Ability to be creative with cooking and food preparation, read and interpret production lists, menus, and simple instructions, and complete accurate record keeping.
