As an Executive Director, Insurance Sales, you will report to our Head of Insurance Sales and identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to expand our market presence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on selling to insurance industry clients.
- Deep understanding of the insurance industry (Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, Group Benefits, Retirement, etc.), its value chain, and the unique challenges it faces.
- Proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and account growth; experience with no-code/low-code technology is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through a combination of new business and account expansion.
- Ability to analyze client needs, connect them with our platform’s features, and communicate the impact effectively.
