Senior Education Support Administrator - College of Medicine and Health - Job Description Summary: This role is for a Senior Education Support Administrator to join the College of Medicine and Health at the University of Birmingham. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to academic staff and students, and be responsible for the management and development of operational processes. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy, and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. The job involves acting as a primary contact for academic staff, dealing with higher profile contacts, and working with teams to plan and deliver activities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and delivering management and institutional reports, and supporting the development of systems and procedures.
