At UpGuard, we are seeking a Sales Engineer to support our growing sales team and drive product activation during trials. The ideal candidate will possess an inquisitive mind, excellent technical knowledge, and a solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support role at a B2B SaaS company
- Solutions-driven problem solver with an innate curiosity and a willingness to understand WHY
- Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of technical aptitude and an intrinsic willingness to learn
- Ability to give and receive feedback
