Customer Success Director

Uplift is seeking a Customer Success Director to join a fast-growing mobile ad tech company specializing in in-app programmatic advertising. The role will involve strategic account management, client relationships, and driving platform adoption through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a customer advocate
• Work closely with the Media Buying team to create the best media buying strategy for each new client
• Review campaign performance and provide detailed feedback
• Work closely with the Media Buying and Sales teams to drive revenue and enhance the performance of client campaigns
• Educate clients on new platform features
• Educate and grow the programmatic buying knowledge of clients
