Job Description
Uplight is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join their delivery team and support the successful launch of their software products. This entry-level role involves assisting with product setup, configuration, testing, and defect triage, offering hands-on experience in both technical and project-based work. It's based in India and offers flexibility while potentially working 9 hours per day.
Requirements
- Assist with product setup, configuration, and testing of SaaS applications, APIs, and data integrations
- Write and run simple SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
- Log, track, and triage software defects with project and technical teams
- Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Maintain project documentation and update task tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
- Communicate status, risks, and blockers clearly to project stakeholders
