Anthropologie is seeking an Associate Designer to create thoughtful, one-of-a-kind designs that reflect our seasonal vision and resonate with the Anthropologie customer.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in garment construction with hands-on experience working with knits and wovens, yarns, trims, washes, and basic draping or mock-ups on dress forms.
- Working knowledge of knit and woven manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Strong hand-sketching skills with the ability to clearly communicate design ideas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator;
- Familiarity with Web PDM is a plus.
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- An enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with partners in Design, Buying, Product Development, and Production.
