Usercentrics is a global leader in data privacy and privacy-led marketing solutions. As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will act as the operational backbone and sparring partner for the Customer Success & Account Management teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years in Revenue or Customer Success Operations in a B2B SaaS environment in a mature RevOps organization
- Strong understanding of B2B Saas Customer Success and Account Management operating cadences
- Proven experience in leading GTM initiatives without direct authority
- Fluency in B2B Saas metrics and funnel models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
