As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the operational cadence and rhythms for Account Executives and Sales Development Reps, designing and optimizing sales and BDR playbooks, and collaborating with Revenue Operation Analysts and Analytics teams to drive revenue impact and growth.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in Revenue or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment in a mature RevOps organization
- Hands-on experience as account executive or Sales rep is a plus
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS Sales and/or BDR operating cadences
- Proven experience in leading GTM initiatives without direct authority
- Fluency in B2B SaaS metrics and funnel models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience operating across EMEA and US regions
- Exposure to modern Sales and BDR tech stacks
