Job Description
USG Insurance Services is a national wholesale broker and managing general agent (MGA) looking for an Associate Producer/Broker to join their team. The role involves developing a book of business, working with targeted carriers and retail insurance agents, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Maintain underwriting files
- Understand and be knowledgeable of markets and underwriting guidelines
- Solicit new business through sales and marketing techniques
- Train and mentor under a successful Producer/Broker
