Training Specialist (Emergency Management)

We are looking for a Training Specialist to help Juvare clients improve emergency response and make the world a safer and more resilient place. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult learning environments, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for client success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Experience in adult learning environments.
• Former military experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with technology solutions for training delivery.
• Experience with live (virtual and face-to-face) training delivery.
• Desire to understand the emergency management mission and how our software supports improvement.
• Collaborative mindset in a matrix organizational structure.
• Familiarity with business analysis, GIS tools, and comprehensive emergency management is a plus.
• Experience with project management software is beneficial.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.
• Knowledge of preparedness and response regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of Public Health and Healthcare operations preferred.
• Passion for exceptional client service.
