Valenz is seeking an SVP, Sales - Payment Integrity Solutions to drive net-new enterprise growth of our Payment Integrity solutions within large national and regional health plans and TPAs. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading consultative sales engagements, and building strategic relationships with senior payer executives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within healthcare, with a focus on complex solution selling into health plans and/or TPAs.
- Proven success closing large, multi-year enterprise contracts in payment integrity, claims review, bill review, or broader medical cost containment solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate formal RFP processes, procurement negotiations, and complex contracting environments.
- Established executive-level relationships and credibility engaging senior payer leaders (CFO, COO, CIO, SVP of Claims, and related roles).
- Strong understanding of payer operations, claims workflows, reimbursement models, and medical cost drivers.
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles across multi-stakeholder buying groups.
