Job Description
Assistant Maintenance role at Valiant Residential in Austin, TX. Responsible for assisting maintenance supervisor, maintaining property integrity, and working with leasing team to maximize renewal and leasing opportunities.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a trade that requires basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA (refrigerant, transition, and recovery certification).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to perform work responsibilities at other locations and ability to travel within major metropolitan areas with possible overnight stays in other cities.
- Ability to work some weekends as needed.
