Help Connect People to Care When It Matters Most. As a Social Service Worker, you will work with the Access Team to support individuals seeking services through the walk-in clinic, completing intake assessments and ASAM evaluations for Adult Outpatient mental health, behavioral health, and substance use treatment programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Internship experience as required for SSW license
• SSW licensure in state of practice
• CPR certification
• Valley de-escalation certification
