Campus & Early Career Talent Acquisition Advisor

We are seeking a Campus & Early Career Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead campus recruiting efforts and own the summer internship program, serving as the go-to expert for attracting, engaging, and developing early-career talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, program ownership, and relationship-building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supporting recruiting, campus relations, early‐career programs, or event and program coordination
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
