Requirements
- Proven experience in Community Management, loyalty program development
- Experience planning integrated campaigns across events, digital, retail, and PR touch-points
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and personalisation
- Solid understanding of CRM platforms and data analytics tools
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans
- Fluent in English and Italian, any other European language would be beneficial
