Join Van der Valk as a Sous Chef at the Landhotel Spornitz in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. The successful candidate will support the head chef in the operational management of the kitchen team and create menus and offers.

Requirements

• A successful completed vocational training as a chef/cook and several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience in a similar position would be desirable, but is not a condition
• Comprehensive knowledge of food
• Responsibility, high flexibility, and durability, friendly and safe appearance, and willingness to work on weekends and holidays
