Requirements
- Actively approaching new customers and maintaining existing relationships
- Identifying opportunities in the market and converting them into concrete requests
- Advising customers on opportunities within the hotel
- Drawing up tenders and making price agreements
- Visiting network meetings and relevant events
- Organizing relationship days and maintaining key accounts
- Working together with colleagues from e.g. reservations, marketing, and F&B
- Keeping track of and analyzing your results and pipeline
- Developing, elaborating and continuously developing (new and existing) concepts, with a focus on commercial attractiveness and experience
- Aligning sales activities with the team
- Drawing up a year plan for accounts and acquisition
- Representing the hotel within regional networks
