Senior Small Market Virtual Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Small Market Virtual Sales Specialist to build institutional asset base with new business relationships and support retention of client assets. This role involves managing assigned territory, generating new relationships, and broadening existing relationships with distributors, advisors, and other intermediaries in the Retirement Plan landscape.

Requirements

• Achieves established sales and retention goals through strategic selling activities
• Develops strategic sales plan to efficiently identify new business relationships
• Partners with advisor organizations to raise awareness and drive acceptance of Vanguard solutions
• Effectively represents Vanguard's investments and services to prospects, clients, and industry organizations
• Leverages vendor partnership to deliver 401k plan solutions to prospective clients
• Raises awareness of Vanguard's investments and services through targeted prospecting activities
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
