Requirements
- 12+ months in a closing and quota-carrying role
- B2B SaaS experience, preferably in SMB with a focus on short deal cycles
- Fluency in German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
- Highly empathetic to customers, with a proven track record of long-term customer retention
- Technical competency to understand Vanta's software and build great relationships with highly technical prospects
- Stellar problem-solving chops, and an enthusiasm for making a large impact early on at a start-up
