(Senior) M&A Manager (m/w/d)

Requirements

• Significant experience in a dynamic, challenging environment, e.g. in a startup, private equity, consulting or investment banking
• M&A experience is an advantage
• Strong in communication and empathy
• Ability to build and maintain personal relationships with doctors, intermediaries and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work structured
• Ability to pursue multiple deals simultaneously without jeopardizing their success prospects or signing dates
• Motivated to develop family medicine in Germany in a dynamic environment
