Varicent is seeking a GTM Enablement Specialist to optimize their GTM functions by integrating process excellence with enablement strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a related GTM function, and a strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and customer success motions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or a related GTM function
- Experience supporting or working within an enterprise sales environment
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and customer success motions
- Demonstrated ability to write high-quality documentation and training content
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new SaaS tools; familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a strong plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams with precision
- Strong communication skills and ability to present clearly to global audiences
- Experience and comfort leveraging AI to support GTM teams
- Ability to partner effectively across functions and work on a small, collaborative enablement team
