GTM Enablement Specialist (Remote - Mexico Only)

Varicent is a leading provider of Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions. We are seeking a GTM Enablement Specialist to optimize our GTM functions by integrating process excellence with enablement strategies. The successful candidate will develop scalable documentation, create detailed process efficiencies, support onboarding, and ensure our GTM teams have comprehensive access to essential resources to achieve enterprise success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or a related GTM function.
• Experience supporting or working within an enterprise sales environment.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and customer success motions.
• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality documentation and training content.
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new SaaS tools; familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams with precision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present clearly to global audiences.
• Experience and comfort leveraging AI to support GTM teams
• Ability to partner effectively across functions and work on a small, collaborative enablement team.
