Senior People Operations Generalist

The Senior People Operations Generalist will own end-to-end payroll processing, serve as the primary HRIS administrator, and act as the single point of ownership for every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience with a heavy emphasis on payroll administration
• Hands-on experience with Rippling as a system administrator
• Strong working knowledge of US payroll regulations, tax compliance, and multi-state payroll processing
• Experience collaborating with international HR teams or supporting a global workforce
• Proven track record of managing office operations, including vendor management and workplace logistics
