Job Description
Westfalia Technologies is seeking a Senior People Operations Generalist to join their People Operations team. This role partners with managers across a multi-state workforce to guide employee relations matters and ensure compliant employment practices.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance practices
- Experience advising managers on employee relations and workplace issues
- Knowledge of multi-state employment compliance requirements
- Ability to interpret employment regulations and apply them to real workplace situations
- Strong organizational, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
