Job Description
The Manager, Planning and Operations - Higher Education will support the development and execution of Vector's growth strategy within the post-secondary market. This role bridges strategic insights and execution, helping translate market trends into actionable plans.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or business operations (EdTech or Higher Education preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to strategic planning processes and execution of cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication skills with experience building presentations for leadership audiences
