Job Description
Vector Solutions is seeking a Manager, Planning & Operations - Higher Education to support the development and execution of Vector's growth strategy within the post-secondary market. The successful candidate will bridge strategic insights and execution, driving planning processes and strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment against key business priorities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or business operations (EdTech or Higher Education preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to strategic planning processes and execution of cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication skills with experience building presentations for leadership audiences
- Experience supporting partnerships or corporate development efforts is a plus
