Vector Solutions is seeking a Manager, Planning & Operations - Higher Education to support the development and execution of the company's growth strategy within the post-secondary market.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or business operations (EdTech or Higher Education preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to strategic planning processes and execution of cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication skills with experience building presentations for leadership audiences
