Delivery Team Manager

As the Delivery Team Manager at VeilSun, you will drive functional management, process standardization, and operational excellence across our Quickbase Practice team.

Requirements

• Functional leadership experience in professional services, consulting, and/or delivery organizations.
• Strong operational and leadership acumen, including utilization management, staffing strategy, and margin drivers.
• Experience translating demand forecasts into hiring and capacity decisions.
• Comfortable presenting performance insights to senior leadership.
• Experience building contractor or partner capacity for surge support.
• Quickbase, Mendix, or other low-code platform experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop professionals.
