We are looking for a dynamic and impact-driven individual to assist consumers with their mortgage needs as a Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Eligible for NMLS Registration
- At least three years of experience in a financial institution with a strong focus on customer service
- A high school diploma or GED is required; some college or secondary education is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or mortgage lending is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills and the ability to work in a diverse community
- Passion for providing outstanding service and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Ownership of the customer experience through issue resolution
- Adaptable to a productive team environment where knowledge is shared, and feedback and coaching are welcomed
- Effective time management and flexibility to work department hours
