Job Description
Venatus is an award-winning, global ad-tech platform that connects advertisers to the exclusive audiences of 500+, world renowned gaming and entertainment publishers. We are seeking a People & Talent Manager to own our Global Recruitment and to support the foundational pillars of the employee journey.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or talent management, ideally within the media, gaming, or tech sectors.
- Lifecycle Knowledge: Proven experience managing onboarding and basic HR administrative functions (contracts, compliance, etc.).
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency with Ashby or similar modern ATS platforms.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders, particularly providing expert advice on candidate selection and interview techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional written skills for drafting engaging job adverts, internal policies, and sensitive employee correspondence.
