Job Description
Venn is a fast-growing B2B fintech in Canada, looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to build robust pipelines for technical, go-to-market, and operational positions. The role involves crafting creative outreach, developing candidate value propositions, and tracking sourcing metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- A proven track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates across a variety of roles and functions.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as Ashby, HeyReach, LinkedIn, Juicebox or similar ATS and CRM platforms.
