Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy
- Ability to stay calm and focused in emergency or stressful situations
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in digital tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent French and confident English skills
