Join us at Ventura TRAVEL as a Customer Service Specialist to ensure travelers have a smooth journey. You'll be the primary contact for travelers prior to departure, communicate with them via email and phone, and address emergencies during trips.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience with strong and proven results
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy at every step
- Ability to stay calm and focused in emergencies or stressful situations
- Creative problem-solving and ability to keep the traveler's needs front and center
- Fluent French and English language skills
- Willigness to take on emergency shifts (24/7) during travel seasons
