Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience with strong and proven results.
- Strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy at every step.
- Calm and focused in emergencies or stressful situations.
- Creative thinking and prioritizing traveler's needs.
- Fluency in French and English, with ability to work in a digital environment.
- Willingness to take on emergency shifts (24/7) during travel seasons.
