Job Description
Join Ventura TRAVEL as a Customer Service Representative (French Speakers) to prepare travelers for their journeys and support them in case of emergencies. You'll be the primary contact for travelers, communicate with them via email and phone, and use AI tools to improve your work.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience with strong and proven results
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay calm and focused in emergencies or stressful situations
- Creativity in thinking and prioritizing traveler needs
- Proficiency in digital tools and a willingness to learn new ones
- Fluent French and confident English communication skills
