Venture Community Services provides support to individuals facing diverse challenges through a compassionate and dedicated workforce using innovative practices that encourage independence, empowerment, and opportunity. The Assistant Residential Group Home Manager reports to the Residential House Manager and is responsible for the general daily care of program individual/service recipients and for primary program service delivery.
Requirements
- Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
- Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact.
