Venture Community Services offers a full-time Assistant Residential Group Home Manager position with a sign-on bonus, paid training, and a competitive pay rate. The successful candidate will provide daily care and support to individuals with disabilities, implement behavior plans, and promote a culture of inclusion and equity.

Requirements

• Associates degree preferred
• One year experience in a residential program
• 21+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required)
• Availability by telephone for daily contact
