Job Description
The Assistant Residential Group Home Manager reports to the Residential House Manager and is responsible for the general daily care of program individuals and primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity.
Requirements
- Development and implementation of ISP's, behavior plans and assessments
- Serve as programmatic supervisor to Direct Support Professionals
- Ensure monthly fire drills are completed in accordance with DDS regulations
