Job Description
The Assistant Residential House Manager reports to the Residential House Manager and is responsible for the general daily care of program individuals/service recipients and primary program service delivery. The position requires empathy, compassion, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
- Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact.
