Job Description
Assistant Residential House Manager will oversee daily care of program individuals, primary program service delivery, and development of individualized service plans. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work independently. The Assistant will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence. This position is compensated on an hourly basis.
Requirements
- Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program
- Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact
