The successful candidate will provide support to individuals with disabilities, develop and implement individual service plans, and work as part of a dedicated team. The job comes with a sign-on bonus, paid training, and a competitive hourly rate. The role involves overseeing daily care, programming, and supervision of staff, as well as maintaining records and documenting data. The position requires flexibility, including working varied shifts, including overtime, sleepovers, and night awake coverage. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and one year of experience in a residential program are required.

Requirements

• Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program
• Must be 21+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license required
• Daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required)
